Frances has raised some new aspects of the conversation: corporate control of content, our core values, and privacy. How do these issues affect your thinking about ebooks for your specific school situation?

The more I think about the issues of corporate control and privace, the more concerned I get, but I don't see an easy answer - or any answer - on the horizon. In addition to the many new jobs in our stack, we need to educate our students to those threats to their intellectual lives.
